New user never received the welcome email

If you haven't received, or cannot find the email invite sent out for Oculo - don't worry, this is a simple fix!

Start by searching all of your email inboxes (including junk/spam), for emails from help@oculo.ai

 

If you cannot find it, please try the following steps:

  1. Contact your Oculo admin, who will be able to reset your account to trigger a new activation email.
  2. Contact help@oculo.ai (email from the same email address that is registered with Oculo), who will be able to reset your account to trigger a new activation email.
  3. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder!) for a new activation email from <noreply@oculo.ai>. Follow the instructions in this email to set your password and activate your account.
