How does the Field View integration work?

Oculo can be integrated with Viewpoint Field View to create synchronised tasks that are supplemented with visual evidence and location information

Configuration

Setup is straightforward, and will be arranged with your Field View admin - it takes just 2 minutes to get it up and running.

Step by step

1. Mobile or screen capture Issues are created in Oculo as normal
2. To push issues into Field View, change the Issue Type to Field View Task
3. Your Field View task config is displayed in Oculo for you to populate
4. Creating this Issue will automatically create a corresponding Task in Field View that is kept in sync when updates are made
5. The Field View task is supplemented with 2 attachments:
   1.  Oculo visual
   2. Marked up floor plan drawing
6. Both the Oculo Issue and Field View task also contain links between the 2 systems
