Issue creation from mobile
You can now create Issues from the mobile app at any time, without the need to be scanning.
Creating an issue from mobile
- Click Create Issue
- Select your site
- Select the floor plan and drop the pin in the desired location
- Take photo and click Continue
- Add Title, Description and choose Category
- Click Save Issue
Note: You can see a history of issues created from your app in the History view.
Viewing your issue in the dashboard
- Your Issue will show up in the Issue List and on the Issue Floor Plan on the platform

- You can differentiate and sort Issue source from the Type column:
- Green path icon indicates an issue created during a scan, or screen grabbed from a scan ("Issue with scan")
- Blue pin indicates an issue created from mobile or web without a scan ("Issue without scan")

- You can apply filters and generate reports as normal
Note: Issues without scans will not have a Scan Date, nor a link to open in 360.
