Issue creation from mobile

You can now create Issues from the mobile app at any time, without the need to be scanning.

Creating an issue from mobile

  1. Click Create Issue
  2. Select your site
  3. Select the floor plan and drop the pin in the desired location
  4. Take photo and click Continue
  5. Add Title, Description and choose Category
  6. Click Save Issue

 

Note: You can see a history of issues created from your app in the History view.

Viewing your issue in the dashboard

  1. Your Issue will show up in the Issue List and on the Issue Floor Plan on the platform

  2. You can differentiate and sort Issue source from the Type column:
    1. Green path icon indicates an issue created during a scan, or screen grabbed from a scan ("Issue with scan")
    2. Blue pin indicates an issue created from mobile or web without a scan ("Issue without scan")

  3. You can apply filters and generate reports as normal

Note: Issues without scans will not have a Scan Date, nor a link to open in 360.
