The Oculo app is compatible with most modern devices, but there can be exceptions
Device/OS compatibility
If your device is running a 32-bit OS then the app will crash when opening. This is rare but the most common device that this applies to is the Samsung A13.
In general your app store would stop you installing our app on such a device (after May-2025).
IT policies and Mobile Device Management
Your IT systems may be blocking you from downloading/installing or opening the mobile app. Please contact your IT support team if you think this might be the case
