# The mobile app will not open or connect to my Insta360 camera

## The Oculo app is compatible with most modern devices, but there can be exceptions

**Device/OS compatibility**

Our app supports iOS 14 and above for Apple devices and Android 9 and above for Android devices.

If your device is running a 32-bit OS then the app will crash when opening. This is rare but the most common device that this applies to is the Samsung A13.

In general your app store would stop you installing our app on such a device (after May-2025).

 

**IT policies and Mobile Device Management**

Your IT systems may be blocking you from downloading/installing or opening the mobile app. Please contact your IT support team if you think this might be the case.

 

**Third party blocker apps**

Ensure that none of the below are running in the background while trying to connect the Oculo app to the Insta360 camera:

\- VPNs

\- Ad/Content blockers

\- Mobile hotspot
