How do I switch to High resolution recording mode?

The default recording mode is Timelapse which provides the best balance of output resolution vs battery life and file size. We can also support High resolution video with some constraints as described below.

High resolution video mode can only be used for videos up to 30 minutes due to hardware constraints. We are able to define multiple starting locations to segment the site accordingly in order to accommodate this.

High resolution video mode will produce file sizes 10x larger than timelapse, filling your SD card longer and increasing network requirements for upload.

In order to switch to High resolution video mode, follow these steps:

Please note that High resolution video mode produces 3 x files per scan, and we will need all 3 files with the same timestamp for processing:

To switch back to the default (Timelapse) mode, simply repeat the steps and select Default (Timelapse).
