My Oculo invite has expired.

If you have waited more than 30 days to activate your account, the invite may have expired. If this happens, you may need to contact your Oculo admin or Oculo support for help.

If you receive an Authorization Error when trying to activate your account, it is likely that your activation link has expired.

Resolution
  1. Contact your Oculo admin, who will be able to reset your account to trigger a new activation email.
  2. Contact help@oculo.ai (email from the same email address that is registered with Oculo), who will be able to reset your account to trigger a new activation email.
  3. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder!) for a new activation email from <noreply@oculo.ai>. Follow the instructions in this email to set your password and activate your account.
