Some Android phones may request a pin number when connecting to the camera for the first time - this is based on your device settings. Follow these steps to resolve.
First (and easiest) - try these default pin codes:

888888
88888888
The second method requires you to download the Insta360 app on the same mobile device

- Turn your camera on using the power button on the side.
- Ensure that your mobile device has Bluetooth, WiFi, and location services enabled.
- Open the Insta360 app, it may ask you to update the camera firmware - please proceed with this.
- From the Insta360 app homepage, press the camera button in the centre of the bottom menu.
- Select your camera from the list, and follow any steps required to enable the connection.
- Once you have successfully paired the camera with the Insta360 app, you can close the app and retry to connect via the Oculo Mobile App - this time the pin code should not be required.
