If your scan has come out with a blue tint, your camera's white balance setting may be incorrectly configured.
Has your scan come out looking something like this? If so, read on.
This is likely the result of your camera's white balance setting being set incorrectly. To confirm and resolve, follow these steps:
- First, switch on your camera and wait until it loads to the main menu.
- At the main menu, swipe left from the right-side of the screen.
- Tap the WB button, and set White Balancing to Auto.
- Press the back arrow, and then the tick in the top-right to save this configuration.
This should fix the blue tint issue for your next scan. Please note, it is not possible to remove the blue tint from previous scans.
If after altering the settings your scan still comes out blue, contact us at help@oculo.ai and report your circumstances for further support.
